Responsibilities

• Run the Kerala interpretation calendar with briefings and rounds.
• Split long Malayalam compounds under time pressure accurately.
• Adjudicate and review Gulf-Malayali calls against home-state speakers.

What you will actually do:

• Run the Kerala interpretation calendar — briefings, phone rounds, and field visits where your English becomes the file
• Split compounds aloud cleanly: the desk’s segmentation method for clause-length Malayalam under time pressure
• Adjudicate register calls for Gulf-Malayali participants against home-state speakers in the same call
