Job summary

CryptoMize is seeking a Kathiyawadi interpreter to join our New Delhi HQ for high-stakes sessions spanning five intelligence domains. You will interpret Kathiyawadi to English in consecutive and liaison modes during community gatherings, campaign meetings, and stakeholder conversations.

You must demonstrate native Kathiyawadi fluency, strong Gujarati for code-mixed rooms, and composed English delivery under live pressure, with senior-level consecutive technique and session preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry the peninsula’s speech map — Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, and interior-district varieties — without audible hesitation

Kathiawari Interpreter openings at CryptoMize remain active on a rolling basis — Saurashtra-facing interpretation capacity is bench-staffed before campaign sessions are scheduled, never recruited after. This is a permanent full-time position with immediate joining at our New Delhi headquarters in Vasant Vihar, serving engagements across all five intelligence domains. The sessions are community-facing and consequential: political and reputational conversations where the interpreter’s ear for district idiom decides whether the message lands. What you will actually do:

• Interpret high-stakes sessions between Kathiyawadi and English in consecutive and liaison modes — community gatherings, campaign meetings, and stakeholder conversations across Saurashtra
• Own the session cycle end to end: agenda research, terminology pack with district idiom notes, the interpretation itself, and the structured debrief
• Carry the peninsula’s speech map — Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, and interior-district varieties — without audible hesitation
