Job summary

Persistent in Pune seeks an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester to validate modules across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Agentforce. The role covers functional, regression, UAT, load, and security testing in the Salesforce ecosystem, with API validation and defect management throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in software testing, strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM components, and hands-on QA tooling such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, and Postman.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software testing experience with Salesforce exposure.
• Hands-on manual testing across functional, regression, UAT, and security domains.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Sales/Service/Health Cloud and Agentforce.
• Experience with test planning, test cases, and defect reports.
• Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, and Postman.

Responsibilities

• Execute Functional, Regression, UAT, Load, and Security testing for Salesforce applications.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and specs to prepare test scenarios and cases.
• Validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Agentforce.
• End-to-end testing of workflows, Flows, approvals, case management, and integrations.
• Perform API validation and integration testing using Postman or equivalents.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Support UAT cycles, release validation, and production sanity testing with stakeholders.

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Manual Tester with strong exposure to Salesforce testing across Functional, Regression, UAT, Load, Security, Integration, and API validation. The role will validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Agentforce implementations, while ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the testing lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Execute Functional, Regression, UAT, Load, and Security testing for Salesforce applications.
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Agentforce implementations.
• Perform end-to-end testing of workflows, Flows, approvals, case management, and integrations.
• Conduct API validation and integration testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Support UAT cycles, release validation, production sanity testing, and collaboration with project stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of software testing experience with strong exposure to Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, Integration Testing, Load Testing, and Security Validation.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Salesforce objects, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.
• Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution Reports, and Defect Reports.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Postman, or similar tools.
• Nice to have: Agentforce testing, Salesforce DevOps exposure, JMeter, Salesforce Administrator certification, and Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and quality mindset.
