Job summary

Build & Hire in Pune is seeking an experienced Manual Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce applications, validate data with SQL, and lead QA activities when required.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams, design test cases and plans, and participate in Agile ceremonies to validate releases and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Testing.
• Familiarity with STLC and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce applications and processes.
• Execute Front-End and Back-End testing to validate functionality and data integrity.

We are currently hiring for Manual Salesforce QA Engineers for a fast-growing software company based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of Salesforce applications and related business processes.
• Execute Front-End and Back-End testing to validate application functionality and data integrity.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform Integration Testing across multiple systems and applications.
• Conduct API Testing to validate integrations and service responses.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Lead QA activities when required and act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for testing activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, test planning, and release validation.

Required Skills / Primary Skills

• Strong experience in Manual Testing of Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Testing.
• Experience in Front-End Testing.
• Experience in Back-End Testing using SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Testing.
• Experience with API Testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
