Qualifications

• 6+ years QA/Testing experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, functional validation, UI testing, and data validation. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience working on multiple Salesforce implementations and possess strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds, Agile methodologies, and end‑to‑end quality assurance processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through all phases of the software development lifecycle by collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Must Have Skills

• 6+ years of overall QA/Testing experience.
• Hands‑on experience in 3 to 5 Salesforce (SFDC) projects, with a minimum duration of 6 months on each project.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Core Cloud testing.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce UI Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and Functional Testing methodologies.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Strong experience in SQL queries and post‑data migration validation/testing.

• Experience in testing web‑based SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform comprehensive functional, regression, integration, system, and UI testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate data migrations and perform backend testing using SQL queries.
• Identify, track, troubleshoot, and report defects through their lifecycle.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate test results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ensure proper maintenance, versioning, and reuse of test artifacts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve overall product quality.
• Support quality engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
