Tekskills Inc. in Chennai is seeking a support-focused expert with deep hands-on knowledge of Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS, and Manhattan SCI to strengthen our operations. You will analyze issues, design sustainable fixes, and document configurations to enable seamless production support.

Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential, as is teamwork in a dynamic environment. Prior customer-facing and production-implementation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must-have expertise with Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS and Manhattan SCI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with practical, sustainable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for support processes and configurations.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in production support and implementation projects.
