Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultant to join our growing Supply Chain and Warehouse Management practice in India. The role involves configuring, implementing and supporting MAWM for global clients, gathering requirements, and leading design and testing activities.

You will work on inbound/outbound, inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment with cross-functional teams, while leveraging APIs and ERP integrations. Remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Manhattan Active/ WMS.
• Experience with WMS integrations using APIs, middleware, ERP, and transportation systems.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain processes.
• 4 to 15 years of IT experience with Manhattan/Active WMS.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Warehouse Management processes.
• Configure and implement Manhattan Active WMS modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization workshops.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during integrations and customizations.
• Work on inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, allocation, wave planning, labor management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, solution architects, and offshore/onsite teams.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect analysis, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
