We are looking for a skilled Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS) Professional with strong expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Manhattan Active WM / WMOS solutions.
The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end WMS implementations, enhance warehouse operational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with ERP and warehouse automation systems. This role requires strong functional domain knowledge in supply chain and hands‑on system configuration experience.
Configure and optimize Manhattan Active WM / WMOS, including UI setup, pick strategies, wave management, parcel manifesting, and workflow rules.
Customize system parameters to align with business and warehouse operational requirements.
Lead full-cycle implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders for validation.
Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support.
Analyze warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and labor management.
Recommend and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
Manage integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
Work with Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Support API-based and cloud-based integrations.
Provide functional support for Manhattan Active / WMOS environments.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve system or configuration-related issues.
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WM or WMOS
Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination
Working knowledge of SQL and database querying
Understanding of API integrations and cloud-based architectures
Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC processes
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience in large-scale WMS implementations
Exposure to Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and automation environments
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain planning, and fulfillment operations
Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
