Job summary

Capgemini, a global leader in technology and consulting, is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional - Planning to join our Oracle Practice in India. You will shape implementations for world-class clients and work with diverse teams to unlock value from Planning Cloud.

You will lead requirements gathering, configure planning modules, conduct fit-gap analyses, prepare design and training materials, and support end-to-end deployments from SIT to post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Demand Management, Planning Central, and Advanced Supply Planning.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud SCM Planning implementations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and support Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide functional solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
