Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management (OM) consultant to join our Practice in India. You will analyze business requirements, design and configure OM solutions, and lead fit-gap sessions to deliver end-to-end Order Management implementations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including SCM, ERP, and logistics to ensure successful deployments and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of OM modules: Order Capture, Promising, Fulfilment, Return Management.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Knowledge of integration with SCM, ERP, Logistics and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Order Management.
• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Order Management solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis sessions and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure order orchestration, fulfillment flows, pricing, shipping, and returns.
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, deployment and hypercare activities.
• Prepare functional design documents and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve business-critical issues.
