Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS consultant to lead and support BY WMS projects. You will configure Discrete and Dispatcher modules, map business requirements, and drive process improvements across warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting and training skills, and will collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver reliable WMS solutions. Hybrid work options available across India.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing/configuring Blue Yonder WMS (BY/WMS) and related modules.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and translate to functional specs.
• Hands-on with BY WMS Discrete and Dispatcher, plus warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead BY WMS implementation, enhancement and support projects.
• Configure Discrete and Dispatcher functions and support test cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations.
• Create functional specs, process flows and test cases; support SIT/UAT.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct user training sessions.
