Job summary

Bizoforce is seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Implementation Consultant to lead deployment of Manhattan Active and Scale WMS across multiple sites in India. The role involves hands-on configuration, system integration with ERP, TMS, WCS, and warehouse automation, plus testing and go-live support.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, scripting (FreeMarker, Velocity, Python), SQL, and APIs is essential, along with cloud-based WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with 3+ years hands-on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active and Scale WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and best practices.
• Experience with scripting (FreeMarker, Velocity) and API integration; familiarity with cloud-based WMS environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS (Active & Scale) based on business requirements.
• Translate business processes into WMS functional requirements and configure system parameters accordingly.
• Analyze current warehouse operations and recommend system-driven optimizations.
• Oversee integration of Manhattan WMS with ERP, TMS, WCS, MHE/ASRS, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation: URS, process flows, functional specs, designs, guides, test scenarios, SOPs.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation enhancements.
• Mentor, train, and support warehouse operations teams and junior WMS consultants.
• Stay updated on Manhattan WMS functionalities, cloud deployments, and automation technologies.

The candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective warehouse automation, efficiency, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend implementation of Manhattan WMS (Active & Scale) based on business requirements.

• Analyze current warehouse operations (Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management) and recommend system-driven optimizations.
• Oversee integration of Manhattan WMS with ERP, TMS, WCS, MHE/ASRS, and other supply chain systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation: URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, configuration guides, test scenarios, and SOPs.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go‑live activities.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements post‑implementation.
• Mentor, train, and support warehouse operations teams and junior WMS consultants.
• Stay updated on latest Manhattan WMS functionalities, cloud‑based deployments, and automation technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for business transformations and to ensure alignment of WMS objectives with overall supply chain strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with 3+ years hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active and Scale WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and best practices.
• Expertise in technical configuration, scripting (FreeMarker, Velocity, Python), SQL, and API Integration.
• Experience with Slotting Optimization, Labor Management, SCI Reporting, MIF/DIF, Automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based WMS environments, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification in warehouse management systems.
• Manhattan Active WMS or Scale Consultant certification.
