Job summary

Capgemini India in Mumbai seeks an experienced Manhattan Active/ WMS Consultant to join its growing Supply Chain and Warehouse Management practice. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting MAWM solutions for global customers.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead workshops, coordinating with offshore/onsite teams. Strong WMS experience and API/Middleware integrations are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4 to 15 years of overall IT experience with Manhattan/Active WMS.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience in Manhattan Active WMS configuration, implementation, and support projects.
• Experience with WMS integrations using APIs, middleware, ERP, and transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Warehouse Management processes.
• Configure and implement Manhattan Active WMS modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization workshops.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during integrations and customizations.
• Work on inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, allocation, wave planning, labor management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and offshore/onsite teams.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect analysis, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Your Role

• Experience in Manhattan Active WMS configuration, implementation, and support projects.
• Experience with WMS integrations using APIs, middleware, ERP, and transportation systems.
• Ability to perform requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
