Job summary

Transcom in Pune, India, is seeking Mandarin-speaking customer support associates to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat for international clients.

You will resolve issues, document interactions in CRM, and work with the team to meet targets while delivering empathetic service.

Preferred candidates have up to 5 years of BPO experience; Mandarin proficiency is essential; CRM basics helpful.

Qualifications
