Job summary

PeepalCo seeks a hands-on Content Creator to own end-to-end video production for CoinSwitch and Lemonn. You will translate technical crypto and stock concepts into high-retention explainers, shorts, and campaigns, collaborating with editors and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.

You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools for ideation, scripting, localization, and multi-language assets, driving channel growth and audience retention across fintech brands.

Qualifications

• Must be an active Content Creator on YouTube or Instagram with a link to your channel/account.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in video creation, editing, motion graphics, and channel management.
• Fintech/Tech startup background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Creation: translate crypto, equities, and F&O concepts into high-retention explainers, shorts/reels, and campaign assets for CoinSwitch and Lemonn.
• Execute with ownership: collaborate with editors and cross-functional teams to manage priorities, review assets, and meet timelines.

Prerequisite: Active Content Creator on YouTube or Instagram (Personal channel/page portfolio required)

We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership who lives and breathes video content. You are an active creator on YouTube or Instagram with 5+ years of experience in video editing, content production, and visual storytelling. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end video production and YouTube growth across CoinSwitch (Crypto/Web3) and Lemonn (Stocks/Equities). You will collaborate closely with video editors and the broader marketing team while integrating cutting-edge AI tools to scale high-retention content.

• End-to-End Content Creation: Translate complex crypto, equities, and F&O concepts into high-retention explainers, shorts/reels, and campaign assets for both brands.
• Execution & Ownership: Work closely with video editors and cross-functional marketing/product teams to manage priorities, review creative assets, ensure brand consistency, and hit delivery timelines.
• YouTube Strategy & Growth: Manage channel operations, optimize retention and CTR, run thumbnail A/B tests, and track video performance data.
• AI Innovation: Pioneering the use of generative AI tools in editing workflows for fast ideation, B-roll generation, scripting assistance, and multi-language localization.
• Campaign & Brand Support: Support creative strategy for marketing campaigns and communication initiatives with a focus on video-first storytelling.

Must be proficient in the below.

• Core Editing & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Descript.
• Generative AI Video & Images: Runway (Gen-2/3), Luma, Midjourney.
• AI Audio & Voice: ElevenLabs,
• AI Short-Form & Localization: OpusClip, Captions.ai, HeyGen.

Prerequisite & Qualifications

• Must be an active Content Creator on YouTube or Instagram (link to your active channel/account is mandatory).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in video creation, editing, motion graphics, and channel management (Fintech/Tech startup background is a plus).
• Proven ability to work directly with editors and cross-functional teams with high ownership and low supervision.
• Strong practical skills in leveraging AI tools for video production.
• Deep understanding of hook writing, viewer retention, visual pacing, and sound design.
