PhonePe Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Specialist who blends traditional post‑production with generative AI workflows. You’ll own the entire post‑production chain—from storyboarding and asset generation to motion graphics, color grading, and advanced sound design in a high‑speed production environment.

Using Adobe Creative Cloud alongside AI tools (Higgsfield AI, Magnific, ElevenLabs, Midjourney), you will turn raw scripts into polished, high‑performing video assets,

Qualifications

• Post-Production Mastery: deep hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing using the Adobe suite.
• AI tooling fluency: proven experience integrating generative AI tools into editing workflows to increase speed and quality.
• Visual storytelling and pacing: strong sense of composition, timing, and narrative structure for digital audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-production: storyboarding, asset generation, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Create dynamic visuals with a hybrid pipeline of Adobe CC and generative AI tools.
• Develop narrative timelines and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to meet briefs and deadlines.

About The Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Specialist who bridges traditional post-production craft with cutting-edge generative workflows. You aren't just cutting footage together; you are building visual narratives using a hybrid pipeline of Adobe Creative Cloud and generative AI tools (Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs). You take raw scripts and concept briefs and turn them into polished, high-performing video assets. Working in a high-speed production environment, you own the entire post-production chain, from storyboarding and asset generation to motion graphics, color grading, and advanced sound design.

Focus Area 1: Generative AI Asset Creation & Storyboarding

AI Concepting & Pre-Visualization: Use AI generation tools (like Magnific, Midjourney, or DALL-E) to rapidly generate custom visuals, storyboards, and style frames before entering timeline edits.

Neural Asset Generation: Leverage AI video platforms (Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling, or Luma) to synthesize high-fidelity b-roll, motion loops, and visual effects that traditional stock footage cannot provide.

Voice & Audio Synthesis: Deploy AI audio suites (like ElevenLabs) to generate, clean, and optimize voiceovers, balancing synthetic speech with human pacing and emotional resonance.

Asset Creation & Adaptation: Design and modify static graphics, vector icons, and layout overlays in Photoshop and Illustrator independently, without relying on external graphic designers.

Focus Area 2: Narrative Timeline Editing & Motion Design

Core Editing & Pacing: Assemble high-velocity video projects in Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing heavily on hook structures, visual rhythm, and audience retention dynamics.

Motion Graphics & VFX: Build dynamic visual overlays, kinetic typography, animated lower thirds, and UI mockups in Adobe After Effects to make complex topics visually scannable.

Color & Finishing: Perform color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency, skin tone accuracy, and a premium aesthetic across mixed media sources.

Focus Area 3: Cinematic Sound Design & Quality Control

Immersive Audio Landscapes: Source, layer, and mix high-impact background music (BGM) and contextual sound effects (SFX) to elevate emotional beats and narrative transitions.

Audio Engineering: Clean, EQ, and master multitrack audio to maintain broadcast-quality audio levels across mobile, web, and desktop playback environments.

Final Quality Assurance: Act as the final line of defense for visual fidelity, ensuring seamless exports, correct aspect ratios, and zero technical glitches before publishing.
