Job summary

PeepalCo in Bengaluru is seeking an Influencer Operations Executive who will own analytics, reporting, and compliance for our influencer campaigns. You will work across Business, Finance, and Compliance to ensure data accuracy and audit-ready documentation.

The role demands SQL, Tableau/Redash, and Databricks experience; you will build dashboards, manage invoices, and help drive timely payouts while improving processes through automation.

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Operations Executive to own the operational, reporting, and compliance functions of our influencer marketing business. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working across Business, Finance, and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate should be able to manage large datasets, build dashboards, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.

What You Will Do

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting for influencer campaigns and business performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Redash, and Databricks to track key business metrics.
• Analyze campaign, creator, and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting hygiene across all operational workflows.

Finance & Compliance Operations

• Coordinate with the Finance team to manage creator invoices, payment requests, reconciliations, and payout tracking.
• Work closely with the Compliance and Legal teams to ensure contracts, KYC documents, approvals, and campaign documentation are complete.
• Maintain proper audit trails and documentation for every influencer partnership.
• Ensure operational processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve finance and compliance issues in a timely manner.

Cross-functional Operations

• Act as the operational bridge between Business, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Legal teams.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and operational milestones.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for influencer operations.
• Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements through automation and better reporting.
• Support leadership with operational insights and business performance reports.

What You Should Have

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Redash, Databricks, and Tableau for data analysis, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
• Strong experience creating interactive Tableau dashboards and KPI reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on documentation, audit readiness, and process compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, MIS, Influencer Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with Finance, Compliance, or Audit teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools is an added advantage.
