Job summary

• Manage creative team members including designers, copywriters, and video editors
• Develop creative strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality and brand consistency
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution
• Ensure timely delivery of creative projects and manage priorities effectively
• Drive creative innovation and improve creative processes
• Monitor creative performance and optimize based on feedback and data
