Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the US IT talent market, technical skill sets, and visa rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with Implementation Partners and System Integrators.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of US recruiters and sourcers; monitor metrics and pipeline status.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across job boards, VMS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Oversee US staffing compliance, including work authorizations (H-1B, GC, OPT/CPT) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Generate and present weekly/monthly hiring performance reports to senior leadership.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Relationship Manager – US Recruitment to oversee client accounts and drive recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing direct relationships with Implementation Partners and System Integrators (SIs), leading recruitment teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with account SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Account Management:
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Implementation Partners and System Integrators (SIs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requirements, feedback, and SLA management.
• Understand client talent requirements and ensure high-speed, quality submissions.
• Team Leadership & Operations:
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of US recruiters and sourcers.
• Monitor daily recruitment metrics, pipeline status, submissions, and interview setups.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies across job boards, VMS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• US Staffing Compliance & Operations:
• Utilize thorough knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (H-1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT/CPT, EAD).
• Manage candidate pipelines, offer negotiations, and onboarding compliance.
• Proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks, account escalations, and candidate drop-outs.
• Generate and present weekly/monthly hiring performance reports to senior leadership.
