The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations. The Manager - Training will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective training materials, and evaluate the success of training initiatives.
