Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
