Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to sales teams, customers, and business partners.
• Identify and develop OEM opportunities to generate business revenue.
• Design and deliver product and sales training programs for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and RD on new product development and successful market launches.
• Conduct market surveys and analyze customer/market needs to support strategic decisions.
• Develop case studies, presentations, technical data sheets, brochures, and other sales/marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with Plant and Sales teams for effective customer complaint resolution and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Manage CRM leads and support the development and implementation of the KAM module for key-account visibility.
• Identify cross-functional opportunities and convert insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Lead and support strategic projects in collaboration with the VP - Sales Technical Services and Head of Strategy.
