Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Gurgaon is seeking a Manager - Technical to oversee maintenance of MEP, HVAC, electrical and safety systems, ensuring high uptime and regulatory compliance. You will plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across all assets, coordinating with vendors and service providers for timely work.

• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.

About the Role
