Job summary

Smartworks in Hyderabad is seeking a Facilities/Technical Services professional to manage day-to-day technical services at the premises, ensuring safety, cleanliness, compliance, and full functionality.

You will monitor electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, plumbing, lifts, water systems, and track energy usage while coordinating preventive maintenance and AMC vendors. You will also manage safety, fire systems, audits, and maintain records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, lifts and water systems.
• Run preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate AMC vendors.
• Handle breakdowns quickly and track each one until it is closed.
• Ensure fire safety systems, such as extinguishers, alarms and hydrants, are working, and conduct fire drills.
• Track energy and utility consumption and suggest ways to reduce it.
• Coordinate with vendors on SLAs, attendance, billing verification and invoice processing.
• Raise purchase requests and maintain AMC and contract records.
• Keep records of assets, maintenance logs, licences and statutory compliances.
• Prepare MIS and monthly reports on facility performance and costs.
• Follow EHS norms and ensure vendor staff comply with safety rules.
• Support audits and inspections, and keep statutory certificates up to date.
