Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager - Technical to oversee building systems, ensure reliability of critical equipment, and lead engineering and maintenance teams. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, and BMS operations, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

You will manage technicians and vendors, monitor breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement through technical audits and training programs.
