The incumbent will coordinate with contractors, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and ensure SOP adherence while supporting audits and CAPEX projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of MEP assets and facilities.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and statutory compliance.

About the Role:

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, etc.).
• Monitor daily operations and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for timely execution of work.
• Assist in preparing budgets, technical reports, and MIS for management review.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations across technical operations.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and support sustainability practices.
• Lead and guide a team of technicians, ensuring skill development and adherence to SOPs.
• Respond to escalations and provide quick resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support in audits, inspections, and certifications related to technical systems.
• Contribute to CAPEX and project‑related activities including installation and commissioning of equipment.

About You:

• Strong knowledge of technical systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC, Fire & Safety, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and vendor management abilities.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
