Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, particularly in the tech industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment, with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
