Job summary

Digitide is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles, from understanding job requirements to onboarding new employees. The role involves partnering with managers to define needs, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases, and coordinating interviews with a focus on maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Freshers or recruitment experience (agency or in-house); retainer or contract.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Hiring for BFSI domain.
