Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a risk program specialist in Chennai to define and monitor action plans, align targets with delivery heads, and forecast potential risks to enable informed decisions. You will lead risk reviews, establish dashboards, and drive mitigation across automotive program initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in an automotive OEM and top-tier MBA background, with a focus on governance and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure timely risk closure and program health.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with an automotive/Farm Equipment OEM (either pre- or post MBA).
• Top B-schools (IIM A,B,C, XLRI, S P Jain and equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Identify & forecast potential risks and propose prioritization and escalation to GPD Head.
• Monitor overall project timelines and key deliverables status; drive accountability and accelerate in case of risks.
• Lead regular Risk Management Reviews with the GPD Head and Program teams to mitigate risks and provide direction to the CFT.
• Establish a Dashboard to view and assess Program risks and Platform Health Status, and update to GPD Head.
• Monitor Risk indices capturing TCP variance across projects and ensure proper evaluation of entities.
• Standardize Risk Assessment & Mitigation practices and enable horizontal deployment across platforms.
• Tactically handle project dynamics and act as change agent.
• Deep dive into critical issues and drive robust resolutions.

• Monitor Risk indices capturing high level TCP variance of various entities across the projects and ensure right evaluation of entities
• Standardize Risk Assessment & Mitigation practices and enable horizontal deployment across platforms.
• Tactically handle the project dynamics, and act as change agent.
• Deep dive Program critical issues, work with team to resolve the same in a robust manner.
