Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for CCRG responsibilities. The role focuses on tracking escalations, budgeting, cross-functional coordination, and leadership reporting to ensure timely actions and accountability across automotive programs.

The candidate will develop metrics and dashboards to monitor concerns and drive resolutions, while engaging with dealerships, customer care, and internal teams to enable quick actions and robust program governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management in EV/auto sectors preferred.
• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in relevant fields.
• Strong coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track daily, weekly, monthly and yearly escalated concerns with updated status.
• Manage budgeting and resource planning for programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive action items.
• Escalate critical concerns to senior management when needed.
• Develop and maintain concern-resolution metrics and dashboards.
• Report progress to program leadership and management reviews.
• Facilitate by connecting with dealerships, customer care, PVT, PD, etc.
