Qualifications

• 15–17 years experience for Degree holders; 18–20 years for Diploma holders.
• Bachelor-level engineering/technical qualification required for senior production roles.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, dispatch, and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning of engines (monthly, weekly, daily).
• Ensure engines dispatch as per schedule (monthly, weekly, daily).
• Coordinate production and dispatch of new engine models per timeline.
• Coordinate SPD component dispatch as per plan.
• Ensure ECN implementation per RandD release memo.
• Feed components to assembly line and machine shop.
• Manage inventory per plant requirements; conduct annual stock take.
• Ensure safety grid reviews and PPE adherence to zero accidents.
• Implement TMW and TMSW guidelines.
• Ensure all stores-related legal compliances.
