Job summary

Godrej Enterprises Group in Pune is seeking a Stores/Materials Executive to manage receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory control, with hands-on ERP data entry and compliance to safety norms. The role requires coordinating material handling and housekeeping to ensure efficient stores operations.

The candidate should have a diploma/degree in engineering or any discipline and at least 2 years of relevant stores experience, with strong negotiation, time management, and systematic thinking

Qualifications

• Essential: Dip or Degree in Engg. or Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Receiving material and arrange for Inspection, Supervise on Material Handling, Storage, Material Disbursement, Inventory control, Data entry in ERP, Implement Code Identification Logic, Safety & Security of stores and Housekeeping
• Verification of Data Entry in the System, Documentation on Day-to-Day basis.
• Supervise on Material Handling and Storage
• Ensuring Safety & Security of stores and Housekeeping
• Co- ordination with Corporate Disposal Section for Disposal of Scrap, Supervise on Weight and Counting and Item Segregation.
• Safety, Kaizen and IMS Documentation.
• System Administration, Data Entry and Verification
• Reduce & Control Inventory
