Job summary

The role requires alignment with plant schedules, RandD releases, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The candidate should have 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of mechanical production processes, inventory auditing, and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical streams, with relevant production/assembly exposure.
• 15–20 years for Diploma holders; 15–17 years for Degree holders in Manufacturing environments.
• Experience in planning, dispatch, inventory, and compliance within engineering plants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engine production planning and dispatch to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with assembly line and machine shop for smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory to align with plant requirements and minimize variances.
• Conduct annual stock taking and ensure zero accidents via safety adherence.
• Ensure compliance with legal and stores-related regulations.
