Job summary

Drone Hr Solutions is seeking a head of human resources responsible for administering, recruitment, payroll management and legal work including industrial relations and POSH compliance. This leadership role involves guiding staff and ensuring organizational alignment with HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to POSH matters across sectors such as IT, BPO, financial and manufacturing, and will be capable of liaising with advocates and consultants while managing female employee
