Job summary

Omniactive Health Technologies in Hosur is seeking a Sr. Member - HR to lead HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The role reports to the Sr. Director HR and focuses on onboarding, performance management, exit processes, grievance handling, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition, driving engagement activities, managing HRIS data, payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with admin SOPs and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Masters with specialization in HR.
• 2+ years of HR experience.

• Review payroll inputs and ensure compliance on HR systems.
• Ensure adherence to Admin SOPs and policies; manage vendor contracts and periodic reviews.
• Liaise with statutory bodies, legal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Partner with employees to manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, and exit).
• Address and upscale employee grievances related to HR initiatives and policies.

HR Data Management & Reporting

:

• Provide data management and analytical support for HR initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and publishing dashboards (MIS).
• Review payroll inputs and approve compliance on HR systems.

Compliance & Audit

Admin Operations & Compliance

:

• Ensure adherence to and periodic review of Admin SOPs and policies.
• Manage vendor performance, including rate negotiations, contract drafting, and regular reviews.
• Liaise with statutory bodies, legal teams, and other external stakeholders.
