Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Product Operations Consultant, Data Integrity Manager (DIM) to lead upgrades, migrations, and client projects from our Pune, India location. You will coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and changes to reconciliations, workflows, and reporting to ensure platform stability and top‑tier client outcomes.

You will collaborate with development, product, infrastructure and client teams, optimize scheduled jobs and automation, and support governance and regulatory platform

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IntelliMatch experience with application support, reconciliation development and change delivery.
• Strong expertise in reconciliation configuration, matching rules, workflows, scheduling, reporting and operational support.
• Experience upgrading, migrating, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• SQL proficiency for troubleshooting, data validation and analysis.
• Knowledge of production support, incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Agile and ITIL delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with global stakeholders and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Operations Consultant, you will support and enhance Data Integrity Manager (DIM) solutions for global managed services clients. You will lead upgrades, migrations, reconciliation change delivery, and operational improvements while ensuring platform stability and client satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise, production support, and project execution across complex financial reconciliation environments. Success is measured through high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, platform reliability, and strong client outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of DIM upgrades, migrations, and client-specific projects.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, regression testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Configure and maintain reconciliations, workflows, matching rules, schedules, and reporting solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and document reconciliation changes aligned with governance standards.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development, product, infrastructure, and client teams to deliver platform enhancements.
• Optimize scheduled jobs, reconciliation processes, and system configurations to improve performance.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and mandatory platform changes across managed services environments.
• Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise on reconciliation best practices and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate should have 8–12 years of overall IntelliMatch (FIS Data Integrity Manager) experience, with a strong blend of application support, reconciliation development, and change delivery.
• Strong expertise in reconciliation configuration, matching rules, workflows, scheduling, reporting, and operational support.
• Experience managing application upgrades, migrations, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, analysis, and issue investigation.
• Strong understanding of production support processes, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working within Agile and ITIL-based delivery and support frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with global stakeholders and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting managed services clients in financial services or banking environments.
• Knowledge of reconciliation platforms, financial operations, and transaction lifecycle processes.
• Experience with process automation, operational efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certification.
• Experience leading post-deployment stabilization and client-facing change delivery activities.
