Job summary

Zensar Technologies in India seeks an experienced reconciliation developer to join the Professional Services team. You will onboard and maintain reconciliations, implement client-driven changes, and manage platform installations and upgrades using IntelliMatch.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong SQL skills, and effective stakeholder communication to deliver stable, automated reconciliation solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of reconciliation development across IntelliMatch modules (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
• 4+ years of strong SQL database experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/training/work experience.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the financial services marketplace and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with deep technical and functional expertise.
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing ones, adhering to project standards.
• Support UAT testing and conduct regression testing to deliver defect-free changes ensuring platform stability.
• Install and upgrade reconciliation applications and related products on client platforms.
• Design and implement new changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and clients.
• Provide analytical and subject matter expertise for broader strategic initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive automation, and improve process efficiency.
