Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior / Specialist Professional Services Consultant with deep expertise in IntelliMatch (DIM) to implement, customize, and support reconciliation solutions for financial services clients. This client-facing role requires strong SQL, reconciliation domain knowledge, and the ability to drive automation and controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial technology, professional services, implementation consulting, or banking technology.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with IntelliMatch (DIM) or comparable reconciliation platforms.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end reconciliation implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Deep understanding of reconciliation processes across GL, cash, payments, treasury, settlements, securities, and account reconciliations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, break investigation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with financial institutions, banking operations, payments, treasury, or finance functions.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IntelliMatch implementation and enhancement projects for financial services clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reconciliation solution designs.
• Configure reconciliation processes, matching rules, exception management, reporting, and workflows within IntelliMatch.
• Onboard new reconciliations and enhance existing production reconciliations.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Partner with client, product, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality reconciliation solutions.
• Analyze reconciliation breaks, data quality issues, and operational challenges, recommending improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support product upgrades, release activities, and production stabilization efforts.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis, reconciliation validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Provide subject matter expertise on reconciliation best practices and mentor junior consultants as needed.

About the Role

FIS is seeking a Senior / Specialist Professional Services Consultant with strong expertise in IntelliMatch (DIM) and enterprise reconciliation solutions. This client-facing role will focus on implementing, enhancing, and supporting reconciliation solutions for financial services clients, helping drive automation, operational efficiency, and control improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of reconciliation domain knowledge, IntelliMatch configuration experience, SQL expertise, and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Bring

Required Skills Experience

• 8+ years of experience in financial technology, professional services, implementation consulting, or banking technology.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch (DIM) or comparable reconciliation platforms such as SmartStream TLM, Duco, BlackLine, Trintech, AutoRek, ReconArt, or Oracle Account Reconciliation.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end reconciliation implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Deep understanding of reconciliation processes across GL, cash, payments, treasury, settlements, securities, and account reconciliations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, break investigation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with financial institutions, banking operations, payments, treasury, or finance functions.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Added Bonus If You Have

• Professional Services or consulting experience within financial services.
• Exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, XML, CSV, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL, release management, and production support processes.
