FIS invites a Techno-functional Consultant to join the GDO Wealth IT team in Pune to support reconciliations and IT integration for outsourcing clients. You will gather requirements, build documentation, and coordinate testing and deployments with business units.

The role emphasizes problem solving, clear communication, and timely collaboration with IT and business teams to deliver reliable reconciliation solutions.

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency and data manipulation understanding.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in triaging issues and coordinating to closure.
• Experience in user support and problem solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

About the team:

The GDO Wealth IT team primarily provides Automation and IT support to FIS Wealth and Retirement business. This team works on Development and Support for Outsourcing clients.

What you will be doing

• Techno-functional Consultant role in reconciliations
• Requirements gathering and analysis for projects by liaising with business
• Create and maintain documentation
• Technical build of all Intellimatch modules for new recon development and enhancements on existing recons
• System Integration Testing and Unit testing
• Participation in stand-up meetings
• Face off with business teams on projects and enhancements
• Maintaining open and timely communication with relevant business and IT teams
• Resolving technical issues and supporting functional user queries where required
• Participating in production implementations and post implementation support

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in FIS Data Integrity Manager (Formerly Intellimatch)
• SQL – Good understanding of DML and DDL commands.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Issue triage, investigation, and coordination to closure
• Experience in user support and problem solving
• Excellent written & oral communication
