FIS Solutions (India) Private Limited - Pune is seeking a Senior Product Operations Consultant, Data Integrity Manager (DIM) to lead upgrades, migrations, and client-specific projects within global managed services. You will coordinate testing, configure reconciliations, and drive platform reliability and client outcomes.

The role requires 8–12 years of IntelliMatch experience, strong SQL skills, and a background in Agile/ITIL delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IntelliMatch/Data Integrity Manager experience.
• Strong expertise in reconciliation configuration, matching rules, workflows, scheduling, and reporting.
• Experience managing application upgrades, migrations, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, analysis, and issue investigation.
• Strong production support processes, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Agile and ITIL-based delivery and support frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with global stakeholders and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Operations Consultant, you will support and enhance Data Integrity Manager (DIM) solutions for global managed services clients. You will lead upgrades, migrations, reconciliation change delivery, and operational improvements while ensuring platform stability and client satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise, production support, and project execution across complex financial reconciliation environments. Success is measured through high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, platform reliability, and strong client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate should have 8–12 years of overall IntelliMatch (FIS Data Integrity Manager) experience, with a strong blend of application support, reconciliation development, and change delivery.
• Strong expertise in reconciliation configuration, matching rules, workflows, scheduling, reporting, and operational support.
• Experience managing application upgrades, migrations, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, analysis, and issue investigation.
• Strong understanding of production support processes, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working within Agile and ITIL-based delivery and support frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with global stakeholders and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting managed services clients in financial services or banking environments.
• Knowledge of reconciliation platforms, financial operations, and transaction lifecycle processes.
• Experience with process automation, operational efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certification.
• Experience leading post-deployment stabilization and client-facing change delivery activities.
