Role Summary

Drive demand generation for Tile Adhesive and Epoxy Grout products by developing relationships with architects and tile-fixing contractors, promoting focus products, securing site approvals, and increasing tertiary sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects and promote focus products at project sites.
• Engage tile-fixing contractors, drive product adoption, and implement loyalty programs.
• Promote premium Tile Adhesives and Epoxy Grouts to increase product penetration and sales.
• Conduct site visits and product sampling activities to secure product approvals.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to strengthen market coverage and drive tertiary sales.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Experience & Industry Background

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Tiles, or related industries preferred.
• Strong exposure to retail sales and dealer networks preferred.
