Magicrete Building Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive - Field Marketing to drive demand for Tile Adhesive and epoxy grout through on-site engagement with contractors and architects in Surat.

You will lead field sales activities, meet tile fixing contractors, conduct shop meets, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely material delivery. The role emphasizes retail and dealer network development in the Surat market and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or BE Civil is required.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in tile, building materials, construction chemicals, tiles, or related industries preferred.
• Candidates with strong retail and dealer network exposure in Surat market will be preferred.

• Meeting tile fixing contractors and drive loyalty program.
• IHB site visits and drive site sales conversion for Tile Adhesive product.
• Conduct shop meets and one to many meets with Tile fixing contractors.

Required Qualifications
