Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking a results‑driven sales professional in Bavdhan, Maharashtra, to drive project sales and build strong customer relationships. You will lead initiatives to maximize order bookings, monitor market trends, and generate high-quality leads.

Collaboration with Sales Admin, Engineering and Legal teams will be essential to resolve queries and close deals. Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of relevant experience and familiarity with real estate or construction sectors,

Responsibilities

• Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project.
• Consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities.
• Ensure generation of leads through calls, references etc.
• Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries to maximise conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries.
• Develop relationships with existing & new key customers (e.g. Corporates, HNI Clients).
• Maintain relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region.
• Negotiate deals with customers.
• Provide after-sales support to customers at the project.
• Maintain accurate and timely data related to project sales and customers.
• Follow up on outstanding collections data.

Any Degree/ Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA

• To maintain relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region
• Be involved in negotiating deals with customers
• To ensure after sales support to the customers at the project
• To maintain accurate and timely data related to the project sales and existing / potential customers
• To follow up on outstanding collections data

Education & Experience Requirement:

• Any Degree/ Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA
• At least 4-10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with real estate or construction sector
