Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned professional to provide field support for 3W products, focusing on resolving field concerns and design-related issues with data-driven action plans.

You will coordinate with manufacturing, supplier quality and design teams to drive root cause analysis, deploy corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of field concerns while meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for resolving field concerns related to 3W product
• Resolve internal design / handed over concerns related to 3W product
• Field data analysis & identify actions to close concerns
• Study customer field complaints & deployment of ICA / PCA by 2x2 matrix
• Ensure field concerns via root cause analysis & speedy corrective actions in manufacturing/design
• Generate field concern MIS & publish reports in XL/ PPT
• Conclude JI / dealer visits and ensure closure on time
• Take actions with manufacturing, supplier quality & design for closure of field/internal concerns
• Speedy and time-bound closure of CC emerging and immobilisation concerns
• Dealer/supplier or other plant visit for benchmarking and deployment
• Frequent connect with design team for data handover & action speed / CPN
• Lesson learn sharing with objective justification for new product development
• Review & monitoring CAPEX / Revenue budget as per target
• Monitoring effectiveness of EN (Change management) / Connect with CC team
• Exposure of IMS and IATF

Job description

• 1. Will be responsible for resolving field concerns related to 3 W product
• 2. Will be responsible for resolving internal design / handed over concerns related to 3W product

• 7. Conclusion of JI / dealer visit & ensure closure on time to delight customer
• 8. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns
• 9. Speedy & time bound closure of CC emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns
• 10. Dealer / supplier or other plant location visit for benchmarking good thing & deployment
• 11. Frequent connect with design team for handovering data / analysis & ensure action speed / CPN project
• 12 Lesson learn sharing with objective justification for new product development

Experience

8-12 years of experience in Automobile (PVT)
