Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to package and integrate vehicle systems, monitor virtual layouts, and finalize vehicle architecture.

The role involves managing variants, designing VI systems, and using PLM tools across TC-enterprise and TC-project domains to meet cost, weight, and functional targets. You will consolidate CAD models, ensure vehicle layout readiness for modification insertions, and manage the Engineering BOM to support vehicle builds during

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in vehicle design/assembly.
• Industry preference: auto and auto allied sectors.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and integrating vehicle systems into a vehicle
• Monitor Virtual vehicle layout and finalize PandH (Proportions and Hard points) and Vehicle Architecture
• Manage Variants andmeet project specific communisation and standardization targets
• Conceptualize and detailed design VI systems meeting cost weight and functional targets
• Exposure to Team centre  Enterprise, TC-engineering and TC-project (Product Lifecycle Management tools)
• Ensure CAD Vehicle Layout to facilitate design engg for modification insertion / introduction of the new parts in the vehicle by collecting all the CAD models together and locating at vehicle location
• Manage Vehicle level Engineering Bill of Material to support Vehicle Build during Product Development
• Ensure compliance of customer requirements arising out of QFD to deliver the vehicle as per the customer requirements by continuously monitoring design of various systems
