Job summary

Crown Hr Services is seeking a skilled production supervisor to manage daily operations and drive production targets in our facility in Gujarat. The role requires hands-on experience with extrusion, molding and forming machines, and a focus on productivity, quality, and process efficiency.

You will coordinate with quality, maintenance and planning teams, lead a team, manage manpower and costs, and conduct regular performance reviews to sustain overall manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Planning teams.
• Proven ability to manage manpower, productivity and costs.
• Experience in production performance reviews and continuous improvement.
