You will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of production workflows, and a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production cycles to meet customer demands and company targets.
• Resource Management: Efficiency ke sath workforce (labour), raw materials, aur machinery ka allocation aur management karna.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all finished goods meet the company’s quality standards and product specifications.
• Cost & Budget Control: Monitor and manage production costs, reduce waste, and implement cost-effective systems without compromising quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and evaluate the performance of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Maintenance & Equipment: Oversee regular maintenance of factory machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and present regular performance reports to upper management.
