Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate across teams, and leverage MS Office tools, GEP, and ServiceNow. Experience with UAT testing and defect tracking is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor and contract lifecycles including data review and compliance checks.
• Strong attention to data quality and ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 tools and basic data tools.
• Familiarity with supplier management and risk assessment processes.
• Experience with testing, UAT, and defect tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor management, procurement operations, contract and supplier management.
• Review and maintain vendor, contract, or supplier data for accuracy.
• Understand vendor lifecycle, contract lifecycle, compliance checks, reporting and issue tracking.
• Ensure data integrity and identify data gaps or process improvements.
• Utilize MS Excel/Word/Outlook and 365 tools efficiently.
• Experience with GEP and ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Support system/platform testing, UAT, test evidence capture, and defect tracking.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Use AI tools to draft, summarize, report and improve processes within security rules.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Third-Party Risk, and/or similar operational roles.


• Experience reviewing and maintaining vendor, contract, or supplier data.


• Good understanding of vendor lifecycle, contract lifecycle, compliance checks, reporting, and issue tracking.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing data, inconsistencies, and process gaps.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools.


• Experience working with GEP and ServiceNow would be an advantage.


• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support drafting, summarization, reporting, data review, documentation, and process improvement, in line with confidentiality and information security requirements.


• Experience supporting system / platform testing, UAT, test evidence capture, and defect tracking.


• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
