Job summary

One97 Communications Limited is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate – Vendor Onboarding to join the Procurement Operations team. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, master data accuracy, and collaboration with procurement, finance, compliance, and vendors to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include SAP MM workflows, SaaS procurement platforms, dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analysis to generate actionable insights for management.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Vendor Onboarding, Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, or SAP MM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SaaS Procurement Platforms.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience in dashboard development, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Vendor Management, SAP MM, SaaS-based Procurement Platforms, MS Office, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Vendor Onboarding, Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, or SAP MM.

Hands‑on experience with SAP MM and SaaS Procurement Platforms.

Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Experience in dashboard development, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
