Job summary

County Group in India seeks a senior construction planner with 12-15 years of experience in construction planning, pre-contract quantity surveying, and budgeting. The role includes preparing BOQs, estimating quantities, and monitoring progress against budgets.

The candidate will draft contracts and commercial documentation, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure milestones are met. ERP Farvision, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project experience is required.

• Proven experience in pre-contract quantity surveying, estimation and budgeting.
• Strong ability to prepare BOQ and estimate quantities.
• Experience in monitoring progress against estimates and reviewing bills.
